The Admission Department will provide you with help and guidance throughout all aspects of the admissions process. We welcome general enquiries and we are happy to discuss issues of a much more specific nature about the school. You are most welcome to visit the school and have an informal discussion with or without your child. This can be done by fixing a prior appointment with our admission officer through mail at email@example.com or telephone 4002014. We look forward to meeting you.
Entry to the school is not automatic and we select candidates carefully.
A number of factors will be taken into consideration and will play an important part in our decision making:
This is followed by an interview. The interview is as pleasant and unthreatening as we can make it. We are interested in knowing about the student's educational development, use of language, social skills, academic enthusiasms and extra-curricular interests. The aim of the interview is to find about what the student knows, understands and enjoys.
Parents are requested to be frank and honest in providing information in the admission application form. This information would in fact help the school to create a suitable environment for your child, once admitted. Any wrong information discovered later may lead to cancellation of admission.
On being offered a place parents will be given one week time to pay the admission fee and security deposit to secure their place.
Our Endeavour at Mills Berry is to create people who are capable of doing new things, not simply repeating what other generations have done. We wish to create boys and girls who can be analytical, critical and tend to verify rather than merely accept the facts that are presented. This is achieved by allowing students several avenues to test themselves in varied activities.
